Why Use A Surrogacy Agency?

Many questions arise when you think of or speak the word “surrogate”. Whether it’s a why, what, when, how or who question, they all have a significance in the practice. Why use a surrogate agency when we’re trying to conceive and can’t? What do I need to know before considering surrogacy? When is the best time to start the process? How is this done? How much will surrogacy cost? How do I know this is the best choice for me? Who will be our surrogate and what will she be like?

While these are just a few of the possible questions, they are likely some of the most vital. So considering myself a liaison in the surrogacy practice, I’m sure to provide an understanding of all of the above concerns. Conceiving a child can be the most rewarding time of one’s life as well as the most challenging, given the many probabilities that come along with the reproduction process.

So why should you use a surrogate agency when you want to conceive but can’t? While there are many reasons, some tend to be a little more imperative than others. As you are already experiencing stress and concern that you are unable to conceive, you want the least of your worries to be the formalities on how you can conceive. And that’s where I come in. Being a surrogate mother myself, and having worked in the industry for over 17 years, this is something that I can speak about first hand. By using a surrogate agency, you eliminate the risks of finding a surrogate on your own, the anxiety of dealing with technicalities, overseeing the legal process, preparing for birth from beginning to end, and not to mention the professional moral support that you are sure to receive.

I know how difficult this decision can be, whether you’re intended parents or a potential surrogate mother, but there is one thing to consider in all of this – who does really benefit in the end? And that gain goes to those hopeful parents, those domestic partnerships, and most of all the new life that you will be bringing to this earth. Also, by being a surrogate mother, you will have a sense of joy at the close of this process that you have done something so rewarding and helpful for deserving parents.

Though there can be a lot of doubts and eyebrows raised when thinking surrogacy, joys overshadow the less-credible uncertainties. So in this case, the cons are outweighed tremendously by the pros through proven results. And I can’t stress enough the happiness that comes to all parties involved.
